Edge Performance VCT PLC11 April 2008 Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company") 11 April 2008 The following replaces the Issue of Equity announcement released on 7 April 2008at 18:14 hrs under RNS number 8228R. In that announcement, the figure in thesecond line for the number of D shares issued, the figure in the final line forthe number of C shares in issue and the figure in the final line for the numberof D shares in issue were incorrect; the figures should have been 14,861,418,13,328,599 and 18,311,139 respectively. Issue of Equity The board of Edge Performance VCT plc announces that at a board meeting held on5 April 2008, 14,861,418 D shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("D Shares")were issued and allotted to subscribers. The D Shares were allotted to 582subscribers at a price of 100 pence per D Share; and were allotted under the2007/8 Offer for Subscription. Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity. Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is now6,400,640 Ordinary Shares, 13,328,599 C Shares and 18,311,139 D Shares.
