Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 6 July 2011 it allotted and issued 60,875 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 100.7 pence per share (being the average middle market price of the shares for the five days preceding the dividend payment date) under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme.

It is expected that the new Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings on 15 July 2011.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 25,316,557 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
