IFL announces that on 4 June 2008 a total of 2,735,224 unlisted options were exercised at various exercise prices. These shares rank pari passu with the existing class of ordinary shares. 

As a result of the exercise of the options the total issued share capital of the Company has increased to 507,562,682 ordinary shares.
