The Company announces that on 5 April 2008 it allotted and issued 1,344,242 new S Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 100.00p.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,047,146 Ordinary Shares and 11,802,292 S Ordinary Shares.
