Issue of Equity
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to AIM of 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Shares") to trading. These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.
Admission is expected to become effective on 9 October 2009.
