Centamin Egypt Limited17 December 2007 17 December 2007 Centamin Egypt Limited ("Centamin" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt Limited (TSX:CEE, ASX:CNT, AIM:CEY) announces that, following theexercise of unquoted broker warrants, 751,431 ordinary shares have been issuedand allotted at an exercise price of C$0.8600 per share. A further 100,000ordinary shares have been issued and allotted following the exercise of unquotedemployee options at an exercise price of A$0.7106 per share. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 21 December 2007. The total number of Ordinary Shares on issue following this issue is762,123,163.
