SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") Issue of Equity

The Directors of SRT announce that they have issued and allotted 102,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company as a result of the receipt of notices of conversion of employee options in the Company at 2.5p per share.

Following the issue of the new shares, there are 98,108,107 ordinary shares of 0.1p of SRT in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.

Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM which is expected to occur on 17 June 2010.
