Exercise of Options
The Company announces that options to subscribe for 250,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company have been exercised by staff at a price of 1.25p per share. The shares have been allotted and application for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM has been made to the London Stock Exchange. Admission of and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 10 March 2009.
Following the issue of these shares, the Company will have 614,152,235 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue, each carrying one voting right. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
