Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that on 29 December 2009, it issued and allotted 100,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1p per share, to Dutchess Opportunities Fund, II, LP.

The admission of 100,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 6 January 2010. On admission, the Company will have 153,245,030 Ordinary Shares in issue.
