Capcon Holdings PLC01 May 2008 1 May 2008 Capcon Holdings plc ("Capcon" or the "Company") Placing of 1,523,516 new ordinary shares at 3.875 pence per share Capcon is pleased to announce a successful share placing raising approximately£59,000 (the "Placing") before expenses by way of the issue of 1,523,516 newordinary shares (the "Placing Shares"). The Placing Shares have been placed by the Company with Paul Ashton whoserevised shareholding of 1,526,016 ordinary shares represents 13.06% of theenlarged issued share capital. The total number of ordinary shares with votingrights is now 11,680,292. The net proceeds of the Placing will be used toprovide additional working capital for the Company. The Placing Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinaryshares, including the right to receive all dividends and other distributionshereafter declared, made or paid. Application has been made today for the Placing Shares to be admitted to tradingon the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM").
