Issue of Deferred Consideration Shares
The Company announces that, further to the acquisition of Perseu Comercio De Equipamento Para Informatica E Astronomia SA on 15 October 2008, the Company is allotting and issuing 666,500 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to the vendors in deferred consideration. This is the second and final tranche of consideration due.
Application is being made for 666,500 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. This is expected to take place on 19 October 2012.
Following this issue, the total number of SDI Ordinary Shares in issue will be 19,368,242, with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 19,368,242. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
