LONDON (26 August 2016) - Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS) (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 3,210,400 ordinary shares ("Shares") of 0.01 pence each to the Official List and to trade on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

These Shares will be allotted as consideration to the vendors of TK Global Partners LP ("Meritus") to satisfy the Company's obligations in line with the amended terms of the Meritus acquisition announced on 24 July 2015.

All Shares to be issued described above will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares. Admission of the Shares is expected to be effective on 1 September 2016.
