Issue of Equity
Fox Marble announces that application has been made for admission of 26,388,883 ordinary shares to trading on AIM following the passing of all resolutions at the General Meeting dated 4 August 2014. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading at 8:00am on Tuesday 5 August 2014.
The shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital at 5 August 2012 will consist of 149,848,266 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 149,848,266.
The above figure of 149,848,266 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.

Fox Marble Holdings Plc is an AIM quoted natural stone extraction Company operating in Kosovo and the Balkans region, with headquarters in the United Kingdom.
The Company has been granted mining licenses in relation to six separate marble quarries and completed a maiden JORC resource indicating an in-situ valuation of approximately Euro 16.5 billion. Established in 2011, Fox Marble has access to over 300 million cubic metres of premium quality marble.
Fox Marble also has rights to extract grey marble from the Drini quarry and cream and white grey marble from the Malesheva quarry, both in Kosovo and white Sivec marble from the Prilep Quarry in Macedonia.
