Axis Bank Limited13 December 2007 We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bankhas today made the allotment of 1,83,027 equity shares of Rs. 10/- eachto the employees of the Bank, under ESOP. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increasedto 35,73,68,397 equity shares from 35,71,85,370 equity shares as on30th November, 2007. Further, please note that the Bank had madeallotment of 3,48,976 equity shares on 13th October, 2007 and 3,25,833equity shares on 15th November, 2007 under ESOP.
