PLACING TO RAISE £321,000
Pentagon Protection Plc (AIM: PPR), the global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, high-risk security consulting, training and equipment, is raising £321,000 through the placing ('the Placing') of 160,500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company at 0.2 pence per ordinary share. The money raised will provide Pentagon with additional working capital.

Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in these shares will commence on Tuesday 6 April 2010.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue.
The issued share capital following the Placing will be 801,918,156 ordinary shares each with one voting right.
