Solomon Gold PLC31 January 2008 31 January, 2008 Announcement to London Stock Exchange Solomon Gold plc GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS On 31 January 2008 the Company granted a total of 1,000,000 share options, fornil consideration, to directors of the Company over the Company's ordinaryshares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). These share options were granted atexercise prices between 25 pence and 75 pence per Ordinary Share. The periodduring which these share options can be exercised is between 31 January 2008 and31 December 2010.
