Issue of Equity
VPhase plc (“VPhase” or the “Company”) announces that 1,248,240 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) have been issued pursuant to contractual obligations for services provided to the Company.
Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and for trading to commence at 8.00 a.m. on the 12th June 2008.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above issue will be 697,616,543 Ordinary Shares.
