Issue of Equity
Acquisition
The Board of Braemar announces that it has acquired the remaining 10% of Steege Kingston De Mexico, SA de CV which it did not acquire at the time of the acquisition of Steege Kingston Partnership Limited announced on 26 February 2008.
Consideration is being satisfied by the issue of 10,118 new ordinary shares in the Company to Eduardo Azuara Cardenas.
Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority for the 10,118 new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in these new ordinary shares on 2 December 2008. Following this there will be 21,036,413 ordinary shares in issue.
