Savile Group plc

("Savile" or the "Company")

Placing to raise £1.8m

The Company is pleased to announce a placing of 2,247,015 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Shares") and 396,641 existing ordinary shares currently held in treasury to raise in total approximately £1.8 million (the "Placing"). The Company expects to use the placing proceeds to broaden their market offering through carefully targeted acquisitions and to invest in the business for organic growth.

The shares have been placed by FinnCap, with a number of institutional investors, at 67 pence per share. The placing was strongly supported by a number of AIM VCTs. Application has been made for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM and admission is expected on 11 November 2009.

Following the Placing, the total enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 16,897,161, of which 912,006 ordinary shares will be held in treasury. Therefore, following the Placing, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 15,985,155. The above figure may be used by shareholders in determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The sale of existing ordinary shares from treasury will be effective on 11 November 2009.
