Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC ("the Company")
Issue of Equity
The Board announces that, following an award under the Company's SAYE scheme 143 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued to a member of staff.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 143 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 18 July 2008.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 40,409,846 ordinary shares.
