GWM (AIM: GWMO) announces that, pursuant to a placing, it has issued 101,273 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company at an exercise price of 11p for a consideration of £11,140.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 101,273 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 08 September 2011.

Following the placing, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 46,490,475 ordinary shares of €0.01 each.
