ISSUE OF EQUITY
GCM Resources (AIM: GCM) today announces that warrants have been exercised over 55,000 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each, at a price of 75p. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on Monday 30 June 2008.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this issue will be 51,011,024.
