Share Allotment

The Company has today allotted 160,000 new ordinary shares of 20p each to former Director Mr S F Riddell following the exercise of share options held by him. 10,000 shares have been subscribed at 69p per share, and 150,000 shares at 57.5p per share.

Following this allotment the Company has 20,046,116 shares in issue.

As a result of this purchase, Mr S F Riddell is now interested in 939091 shares representing 4.68% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to commence on 26 April 2010.
