Quadnetics Group PLC16 December 2005 QUADNETICS GROUP PLC (the 'Company') 16 December 2005 Share Allotment At a Board meeting today a further 62,965 New Quadnetics Shares were allotted toholders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer for Protec, inrespect of valid acceptances received up to and including 14 December 2005. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading to AIM on 22 December 2005.
