Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has today issued 1,885,103 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company as consideration for shares in Tissue Regenix Limited "TRL" following the exercise of options in TRL by employees of TRL who chose not to receive replacement options under the terms of the reverse acquisition of TRL by the Company.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and application will be made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 5 July 2010.

Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company will have a total of 468,597,903 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in issue.
