System C Healthcare plc("System C" or the "Company")
Exercise of Options
The Board announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the System C Healthcare PLC 2005 CSOP Scheme, 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company have been issued and allotted.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 50,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 22 March 2011.
In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, System C confirms that following this exercise of options it will have 116,444,316 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue.
