Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC30 April 2008 30 April 2008 Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC ("the Company") Issue of Equity The Board announces that, following an award under the Company's SAYE scheme3,310 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted to certainmembers of staff. Accordingly, application has been made for the 3,310 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on5 May 2008. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Companywill increase to 40,383,546 ordinary shares.
