Further to the announcements regarding its proposed Issue, the Company confirms that 32,327,062 new Ordinary Shares are to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on main market of the London Stock Exchange at 8:00 am today. The new Ordinary Shares will also be admitted to listing on the Daily Official List of the CISX at 8.00 a.m. today. Such new shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. The total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights as at 11 August 2010 has increased to 355,921,281.
