Tangiers Petroleum Limited (the Company) announces that it has issued 2,709,605 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of AUD$0.33/GBP£0.22 per share following a private placement as announced on 8 August 2012.
Following the placement, the Company has the following securities on issue:
