EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

The Company announces that it has been notified of the exercise of options today under the executive share-option scheme. Accordingly, the Company has issued 63,496 shares. Following the above transaction, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 54,871,402.

The above figure of 54,871,402 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
