Centamin Egypt Limited08 October 2007 Centamin Egypt Limited Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt Limited ("the Company") announces that, following the exercise ofoptions issued under the Employee Share Option Plan 2006, 25,000 ordinary shareshave been issued and allotted at an exercise price of A$0.7106 per share. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 12 October 2007.
