Cinpart PLC12 December 2007 12 December 2007 Cinpart Plc ("Cinpart" or "the Company") Issue of Equity The company has made an application of 698,509 new shares to commence trading onAIM from 18 December 2007. This is the result of the conversion of debt toequity by Millstream Solution Ltd (533,333 ordinary shares), a creditor ofCinpart, and an Issue of Equity to Lee Sharples (165,176 ordinary shares), aformer non-executive director of the Company. Total voting rights will now be 31,947,520 shares following admission of theabove shares.
