Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 3 July 2014 it allotted and issued 450,137 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 100.0 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around Wednesday, 9 July 2014.

Following these allotments, the issued share capital of the Company is 60,521,940 Ordinary Shares.
