("Market Tech" or the "Company")
Issue of deferred consideration shares and total voting rights
Market Tech (LSE: MKT) announces that an application has been made to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 96,336 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"'). The Ordinary Shares have been issued as deferred consideration pursuant to the acquisition of Stucco Media Limited announced on 7 May 2015. There are no further Ordinary Shares to be issued as deferred consideration.
The Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares. It is expected that the admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on Monday 8 May 2017.
Accordingly, following admission, the total number of ordinary shares in Market Tech with voting rights will be 470,797,254. This figure may be used by Market Tech shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in Market Tech under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
