Publication of Drawdown Offering Circular

China Construction Bank Corporation announces today that it has published a drawdown offering circular dated 4 September 2025 (the "Drawdown Offering Circular") in connection with the issuance of U.S.$1,000,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Green Notes due 2028, U.S.$500,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Green Notes due 2030 and CNY2,000,000,000 1.89 per cent. Senior Green Notes due 2028 (together, the "Notes") by China Construction Bank Corporation London Branch under its U.S.$15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on or around 12 September 2025.

The Drawdown Offering Circular must be read and construed as one document in conjunction with the base offering circular dated 16 May 2025 in connection with the Programme, which is appended as Annex IV to the Drawdown Offering Circular.
