£250,000,000 2.125 per cent. Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2051 (of which £85,000,000 were issued as retained bonds (the Retained Bonds))

 

On 11 November 2022 Beyond Housing Limited executed a Forward Purchase Agreement in connection with the sale of £40,000,000 of the Retained Bonds. It is expected that the proceeds, including an amount representing accrued interest, will be received by Beyond Housing Limited on 17 November 2023.
