Portman Building Society14 July 2006 Portman Building Society have issued a GBP 2.5m FRN, rated A2/A+ by Moody's/Fitch. Due 10th August 2011 with a pay date 14th July 2006, the deal pays acoupon of 3 month LIBOR -2bp and has an issue price of 99.961. UBS are LeadManager for the deal, which will be listed in London.
