Publication of Drawdown Offering Circular

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited announces today that it has published a drawdown offering circular dated 10 March 2026 (the Drawdown Offering Circular) in connection with the issuance of bonds comprising (i) U.S.$1,000,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2029 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Hong Kong Branch; (ii) EUR500,000,000 2.750 per cent. Notes due 2029 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Luxembourg Branch; and (iii) GBP250,000,000 4.500 per cent. Notes due 2029 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, London Branch (together, the Notes) under its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme).

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 17 March 2026.

The Drawdown Offering Circular must be read and construed as one document in conjunction with the original offering circular dated 21 January 2026 in connection with the Programme, which is appended as Annex I to the Drawdown Offering Circular.
