£100,000,000 4.00 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044 (to be consolidated andform a single series with the £250,000,000 4.00 per cent. Secured Bonds due2044)The Guinness Partnership Limited has today executed a Forward Purchase Agreement in connection with the issue of the£100 million in principal amount of its 4.00 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2044 (the "New Bonds") which were retained at the time of the original issue.
