Sale of Retained Bonds

£250,000,000 2.50 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2048

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has today sold £25,000,000 in principal amount of its Bonds.

In accordance with the trust deed dated on 22 October 2019 which constituted and secured the Bonds (the "Bond Trust Deed"), the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as detailed in the Offering Circular dated 18 October 2019.

Following the sale, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Bonds in issue will be £225,000,000, of which £25,000,000 are Retained Bonds held by or on behalf of the Issuer.
