Close High Income Properties PLC28 April 2006 CLOSE HIGH INCOME PROPERTIES PLC Sixth Allotment Close High Income Properties PLC ("the Company") announces that by 10.00 am on28 April 2006, its 'D' Share Offer had received further applications for2,601,537 'D' Shares. These 2,601,537 'D' Shares have been allotted and areexpected to be admitted to the Official List and dealings to commence on theLondon Stock Exchange's market for listed securities on 3 May 2006. These 'D'Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued 'D' Shares andwill be eligible for the Company's second interim dividend to be announced andpaid in July 2006. The 'D' Share offer will remain open up to 10.00 am on 30 June 2006. The Offerwill close earlier if fully subscribed.
