Pinewood Shepperton plc (the "Company") Issuance of Shares to Pinewood Shepperton plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust")

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for 127,100 Ordinary shares of 10p each to be issued to the Trust to fulfil obligations under The Pinewood Shepperton plc 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan; these shares will trade on The London Stock Exchange and be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. Admission is expected to commence on 6 April 2010.
