Islands Disposal Update

Extension of Second Long Stop Date for Seychelles

 

 

Cable & Wireless Communications Plc ("CWC") today announces it has agreed with Batelco to extend the Second Long Stop Date for the receipt of required consents and approvals for the sale of its business in the Seychelles from 2 September to 2 December 2013.

 

Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meaning ascribed to them in the Circular to Shareholders dated 19 December 2012.
