iShares $ Intermediate Credit Bond UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE00BDQZ5152, IE0002O230L3

The directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change that will be made to the distribution frequency of the Fund. The distribution frequency of the Fund will change from semi-annual to quarterly. The first new quarterly distribution of the Fund will be carried out in April 2026. The change is due to take effect on or around 31 March 2026 (the "Effective Date").
