The directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change that will be made to the Fund's risk benchmark (the "Risk Benchmark"). The change is due to take effect on or around 23rd January 2026 (the "Effective Date").

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
