Issue of Options Director/PDMR Shareholding
IQE plc (AIM: IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions to the global semiconductor industry, advises that on 1 December 2025, Mark Cubitt, Executive Chair received a grant of nil cost share options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to IQE's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
Mark Cubitt has received immediately vested Options over 166,667 Ordinary Shares under the LTIP. Further to the grants made on 8 June 2025 and 1 September 2025, it is intended that Mark will be granted an Option over a further 166,666 Ordinary Shares at the start of the next subsequent calendar quarter in March 2026, provided that he has not returned to his non-executive chair role prior to that date. The total number of Options granted to Mark will therefore be 666,667. Mark's Options and resulting Ordinary Shares are subject to a three-year holding period from the date of grant.
