Issue of Options Director/PDMR Shareholding
IQE plc (AIM: IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions to the global semiconductor industry, advises that on 1 September 2025, Mark Cubitt, Executive Chair received a grant of nil cost share options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to IQE's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
Mark Cubitt has received immediately vested Options over 166,667 Ordinary Shares under the LTIP. Further to a grant made on 8 June 2025, it is intended that Mark will be granted a similar award of Options on each of the two subsequent calendar quarters or, if earlier, until such time that he returns to his non-executive chair role, up to a maximum of 666,667 Ordinary Shares. Mark's Options and resulting Ordinary Shares are subject to a three-year holding period from the date of grant.
