SUCCESSFUL Initial Public OfferING IN INDIA of Travel Food Services Limited

First Day of trading

SSP Group plc ("SSP"), a leading operator of restaurants, bars, cafes and other food and beverage outlets in travel locations across 38 countries, in conjunction with K Hospitality Corp, SSP's joint venture partner in India, are pleased to announce that Travel Food Services Limited ("TFS") shares have been admitted to trading on the Indian Stock Exchanges (BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited) today, Monday 14 July 2025.
