International Paper Company files Current Report on Form 8-K

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - International Paper Company (the "Company") has today filed a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") reporting that the Company has issued a press release announcing its financial results for the full-year and fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025 (the "Press Release"). The Company separately announced its plan to create two independent, publicly traded packaging solutions companies in North America and Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The Company will host a webcast and conference call today to discuss our proposal to create two independent, public companies, as well as preliminary full-year and fourth quarter results at 10 a.m. ET/9 a.m. CT.
