The Company is pleased to announce that Georgina Brittain and Katen Patel, portfolio managers, will

discuss the outlook for the UK Smaller Companies sector, followed by an update on performance, portfolio characteristics, and positioning of the Trust on Friday, 13th March at 10:00 a.m.

JUGI aims to provide capital appreciation for shareholders through investment in a diversified portfolio of UK listed smaller companies, emphasising capital growth. The Trust provides access to the dynamic smaller‑companies universe through an experienced management team and a robust bottom‑up process. The Trust has outperformed its benchmark - the Numis Smaller Companies plus AIM (excluding Investment Companies) Index - across all measured periods, in share‑price terms.

The Company has an enhanced dividend policy which aims to pay, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, an annual dividend equivalent to 4% of the Company's NAV on the last business day of the preceding financial year. The target dividend is announced at the start of each financial year and paid by way of four equal interim dividends in October, January, April and July each year.
